Terms & Conditions for Donations

These terms & conditions shall be binding  on both the donor, who voluntarily desires to donate money to Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society, and Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society engaged in the socio-economic upliftment of poor and neglected people by way of campaigns to collect voluntary funds from donors in Indian Rupees or INR (Indian currency) and/or any foreign currency and mobilize the same.

Any information gathered from this website will be subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, please do not continue with your donation. Your act of making any donation will be deemed as your absolute acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

This document is an electronic record written in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000, the rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act 2000.

Definitions

• Bank Account means a valid deposit, checking or savings account with a financial or deposit-taking institution. Electronic Instruction means any electronic instruction, information, message, request or communication issued or transmitted to Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society through the Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society Website.

Donors domiciled in India may be entitled to a 50% rebate under 80G of the Income Tax. Act 1961 on their donation to Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society. Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society will provide a receipt for each donation if you have provided your full postal address to the treasurer by e-mail.

Donors Abroad

Donors domiciled outside India will need to ascertain their tax obligations or benefits based on the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

Registering to use the service

You must register with Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society in order to use the Services. You do NOT need to register to make a payment as donation to Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society. If you do not register with Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society, you may be able to authorize Payments, but not all of the features of the Service or the Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society Website will be available to you. When registering with Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society, You must provide us with certain details, including, but not limited to:

• Your Name
• Your active email address
• If You wish to make Payments:

Updating your profile

If you are a registered user of the Service, You may update your profile at any time via the Change Profile section of the Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society Website. Making Payments

If You are a registered user of the Service, Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society will keep a record of the Payment transaction associated with your username for the period specified. However You are responsible for your own record keeping for financial planning, taxation or other purposes. Cancelling Payment

You may cancel certain Payments that have not yet been processed by Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society by contacting us within 3 days of authorizing the Payment. Kalatala Sristhi Sathi Rural Development Society may charge you a fee for cancelling the Payment. If the Payment cannot be cancelled as set out above, You cannot reclaim the Payment by initiating a chargeback via your financial institution.

Your other obligations
